Beat the eggs until they form a foam, then add the sugar and beat again until the mixture becomes pale.

Add the softened butter to the egg-sugar mixture and beat at low speed until it's homogeneous.

Add half of the required amount of flour and baking powder, then continue mixing.

Gradually add the remaining flour. It's more convenient to mix with a spoon at this stage.

Peel and dice the apples into small pieces. Add all the apple pieces into the dough and mix everything together well.

Spoon the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, using one tablespoon at a time.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle the apple cookies with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Enjoy your tea!
