Baked chicken drumsticks in dough

Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry with paper towels, then place them in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with paprika, sumac, ground black pepper, and add crushed garlic.

Pour soy sauce over them and mix well to ensure each drumstick is coated with the spices.

Fry on both sides for 6-7 minutes in oil, then transfer to a separate plate to cool slightly.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into equal strips.

Spirally wrap each drumstick with the pastry, leaving only the tip of the drumstick uncovered. All the meat, including the very top, should be covered with pastry.
Beat the chicken yolk with a fork and brush the entire surface of each drumstick with it. -
Place in a preheated oven and let the chicken bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
