Baked Hasselback potatoes
Description
Tasty potatoes baked in the oven, known as Hasselback potatoes. They are called this because they were first served with cuts in them at the Hasselbacken restaurant in Stockholm. Cooking this potato dish is very simple, resulting in a tender interior and a deliciously crispy exterior—all you need is a sharp knife. This recipe is excellent and requires only a minimal amount of ingredients.
