Baked mackerel in soy-mustard sauce

Thawed mackerel needs to be gutted, with the head and tail removed. Rinse well and cut into portions.

Let's prepare the sauce in which we will marinate and bake the fish.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, soy sauce, and mustard until smooth. If desired, you can add salt, but remember that soy sauce is already salty.

Pour the sauce over the fish so that each piece is coated on all sides. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.

Peel the onion and slice it into rings.

Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil and arrange the onion rings on it.

Place the mackerel on top of the onion rings and pour over the remaining mustard-soy sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
