Baked Omelette
Description
Baked omelette - the simplest and quickest breakfast for the whole family. This omelette turns out very tender, tasty, and nutritious. Just like in kindergarten! No extra additives - only eggs, milk, and salt.

For one medium chicken egg, take 50 ml of milk.
Beat the eggs in a deep container. Be careful not to let any shell pieces get in.

Pour in the milk and add salt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.

The baking dish should be small with high sides. Grease it with butter, including the bottom and sides.

Pour the egg-milk mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place it in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 30-40 minutes.

Remove the finished omelet from the oven; it will settle slightly.
