    Beat the eggs in a deep container. Be careful not to let any shell pieces get in.

  2. Pour in the milk and add salt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.

  3. The baking dish should be small with high sides. Grease it with butter, including the bottom and sides.

  4. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the prepared baking dish. Place it in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 30-40 minutes.

  5. Remove the finished omelet from the oven; it will settle slightly.
