Young zucchinis do not need to be peeled. Slice them into 1 cm thick rings. Drizzle with oil and add spices (black pepper, herbs). No need to add salt yet! Mix well with your hands.
-
Sear the zucchinis in a dry non-stick skillet on both sides until lightly golden.
-
No need to grease the baking dish. Place the seared zucchinis in the dish and now sprinkle lightly with salt. The dish size is 20*20 cm.
-
For the sauce-dressing, add sour cream, tomato sauce, chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt to the blender bowl.
-
Add grated cheese (grate it using a large grater) to the mixture and blend everything until smooth.
-
Evenly distribute the sauce over the zucchinis.
-
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top; they will give a golden, appetizing crust. Place in a preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
-
The baked zucchinis in sauce are ready to be served.
