Banana candies
Description
A quick banana dessert with only three ingredients in 5 minutes. Very simple, easy, and delicious. Homemade banana and cookie candies rolled in coconut flakes – a great idea when guests are on their way, and you need to prepare something quickly. You can serve them immediately, but it's better to refrigerate them for 1 hour.

Take any type of ready-made shortbread cookies that you like.

Use a blender to turn the cookies into uniform crumbs.

You'll need very ripe bananas. Peel them and mash them thoroughly with a fork until you have a smooth puree.

Add the banana puree to the cookie crumbs.

Start by mixing with a spoon, then use your hands. It should be a uniform and smooth consistency.

Make small balls from the mixture and roll them in coconut flakes.
Place all the prepared balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour. This will make your candies denser and they will hold their shape well.
