Ingredients
Instructions
-
Sift the wheat flour together with the baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar to the dry ingredients. Finely chop the walnuts and add them to the dry ingredients, then mix everything together.
-
The bananas should be very ripe or even overripe. Peel them and mash them thoroughly with a fork.
-
Beat the eggs with a fork. Add the melted butter to them and mix until smooth.
-
Into this egg-butter mixture, add the mashed bananas and mix well again.
-
Combine the dry mixture with the banana mixture and mix the batter with a spatula or spoon. Start baking right away to ensure the muffins turn out tender.
-
Grease the muffin molds with butter. Fill them with the batter, leaving about 1 cm from the edge of the mold, as our baked goods will rise during baking.
Place them in the oven for 25-30 minutes. You can easily check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into one of the muffins. If it comes out clean, you can turn off the oven.
-
Banana walnut muffins, before serving, sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea time!
