Barbecue ribs in the oven

In a deep bowl, combine apple puree and ketchup. Add all our spices: garlic powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, paprika, and ground black pepper. Pour in the soy sauce.

Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon.

Mix well. The sauce is ready!

Marinate the pork ribs in the prepared sauce for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Transfer the ribs to a deep baking dish. There's no need to pour the sauce over the meat at this point; you'll use it later.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Place it in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius and bake for 1 hour.

Remove the ribs from the oven and generously coat them with the remaining sauce. Return them to the oven for another 15 minutes, keeping the temperature the same.
