Bulgur with vegetables
Description
Bulgur with vegetables is a healthy, filling, and light dish. It's easy and quick to prepare and turns out very tasty. It can be served as a side dish to fish or meat, or as a standalone dish. Bulgur with peas, onion, carrot, sweet pepper, and green beans is an excellent combination of flavors!

In a saucepan, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and melt the cream. Add the bulgur. Sauté over medium heat, stirring, for 3 minutes.

Add water and bring it to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, stir. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, until all the water is absorbed.

Finely chop the onion, carrot, and sweet pepper. Sauté the onion with chopped garlic for about 3 minutes, stirring.

Add the carrot and sweet pepper to the onion.

Also add frozen peas and green beans, 1/2 tsp salt, ground pepper.

Mix everything together. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes.

Add the cooked bulgur to the vegetables, and mix everything together.

Next, add the chopped onion and parsley, mix everything together, and turn off the heat.

Serve bulgur with vegetables hot.
