Cheese omelette with tomato and oregano
Description
A delicious quick breakfast - omelette with cheese, tomatoes, and aromatic oregano. Juicy, appetizing, and very cheesy - one of the favorite egg dishes. Everything we love for breakfast: quick, easy, tasty, and made from a few ingredients. Oregano and tomatoes go great together, I recommend adding them in this combination. If desired, you can add thin slices of ham, but even without it, omelette with tomatoes turns out to be the tastiest.
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Beat slightly with a fork 2 large chicken eggs or 3 smaller ones with sour cream, salt, and pepper.
-
Grate the cheese and add half of it to the beaten eggs, mix.
-
Pour the egg-cheese mixture onto a heated pan, sprinkle with oregano. Reduce the heat almost to a minimum.
-
Immediately place thinly sliced tomato on top.
-
Sprinkle with the remaining hard cheese. Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes, until done. There will be a golden appetizing crust on the bottom, and the omelette will slightly set and the cheese will melt on top.
