Cheesecakes with Suluguni Cheese
Description
A recipe for very tasty cheese cakes! For their preparation, you can use any cheese, but I suggest making these cakes with Suluguni. You can eat them both hot and cold, but believe me, they don't even have time to cool down. An excellent recipe for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
Instructions
-
In a deep bowl, pour water, add oil, and add salt. Mix everything together with a whisk.
-
Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder. The flour should be added in several steps.
-
The dough needs to be kneaded, then cover it with a towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
Then, for working with the dough, sprinkle the table with flour. Divide our dough into 8 equal pieces.
-
Make balls and roll out each of them into a thin tortilla. Melt the creamery butter, brush each tortilla with it. Shape the corners to create a square.
-
Grate the suluguni cheese using a large grater and place it in the center of the square. Pinch the edges tightly.
-
In a heated skillet, melt a piece of butter. Place our future pastries there with the seam down. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
-
The most delicious Suluguni cheese pastries are ready. Enjoy!
