Description
This leafy salad will be a highlight of any table, especially with the perfect combination of chicken, cheese, grapes, and walnuts.
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Boil the chicken egg hard. Crush the walnuts into small pieces. Bake the chicken fillet in the oven: season with salt, your favorite spices, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Our mayonnaise is homemade.
-
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
-
Grate the cheese.
-
Grate the egg.
-
Cut the grapes in half.
-
If you've chosen a plate similar to mine (a bowl) - narrow but tall, use half of the ingredient portions for each layer, and you can repeat the layers. If your plate is wide, use the entire ingredient for each layer.
Place the first layer of chicken on the bottom of the serving plate. Spread mayonnaise over it.
-
Layer the cheese and spread mayonnaise over it again.
-
The next layer is egg, mayo.
-
The layers continue to repeat, each one being spread with mayonnaise.
-
Sprinkle the nuts on top and "paint" with mayonnaise again.
-
Place the grape halves cut side down. It will be even tastier if you let the salad sit in the refrigerator for an hour. Enjoy your salad with chicken, cheese, and grapes!
