  1. The chicken breasts should be scored not too deeply.

  2. Rub salt and pepper to taste into the meat. Wrap each breast in foil as shown in the photo. Our goal is to make a small dish out of the foil so that the meat bakes in the marinade without spilling out.

  3. For the marinade, mix olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, and a teaspoon of regular hot mustard in a deep bowl.

  4. Then add the garlic and mix well.

  5. We place the chicken breasts wrapped in foil on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven.
