Chicken fillet in marinade in the oven
Description
How to cook juicy and delicious chicken fillet? Here's my favorite and tested recipe for chicken breast, baked in a mustard-soy marinade with garlic in the oven. A quick and easy recipe for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meat turns out juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Very appetizing!
Ingredients
Instructions
-
The chicken breasts should be scored not too deeply.
-
Rub salt and pepper to taste into the meat. Wrap each breast in foil as shown in the photo. Our goal is to make a small dish out of the foil so that the meat bakes in the marinade without spilling out.
-
For the marinade, mix olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, and a teaspoon of regular hot mustard in a deep bowl.
-
Then add the garlic and mix well.
-
We place the chicken breasts wrapped in foil on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven.
-
We distribute our sauce over each fillet, generously coating the cuts as well. If there is time, it's better to marinate at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes (using a large fillet).
-
The chicken fillet marinated and baked in the oven is ready. Check for doneness; the meat should be tender. It should come out tender, aromatic, and very tasty! Prepare your favorite side dish and vegetable salad to go with it.
-
Enjoy your meal!
