Description
The tastiest chicken kebab on the grill at home is juicy, appetizing, aromatic, with a golden crust. Kebab in an electric grill is prepared very simply and quickly, without using oil. An excellent option for lunch or dinner without wasting extra time. Chicken kebab can be served with onions, fresh vegetables, or grilled vegetables. The important point is the mince. To make the kebab really juicy, instead of chicken breast, we will use thigh fillet with a small piece of fat added.

We make the filling from chicken thigh fillets with the addition of fat. Fat is optional, but with it, the kebab turns out even juicier.

We finely chop the onion and add it to the filling. Also add a small bunch of greens, salt (1 teaspoon with a slide).

We'll add ground coriander, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika from the spices.

Mix thoroughly and make sure to beat the mixture. Take a portion of the mixture and throw it back into the bowl. This will make the dish even more tender.

Form the kebabs (for convenience, wet your hands with water), and thread them onto skewers.
