Juicy and appetizing appetizer - chicken pouches with three different fillings. We'll bake them in foil in the oven, which makes the dish both delicious and healthy. It's an excellent recipe where we can enjoy several different flavors at once: chicken pouches with mushrooms, with pineapple and cheese, and with cheese and herbs. Perfect for a festive table: quick and easy to prepare, looks impressive, using common ingredients, and offering diverse flavors!

  1. We need large fillets. Cut a small portion from one fillet, and then cut the large fillet lengthwise. This way, we get three pieces from one fillet, and with two fillets, we get six pieces in total.

  2. Cover each piece of chicken with plastic wrap and flatten it with the smooth side of a kitchen mallet to avoid tearing the meat. We need a thin, but whole flattened piece. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Place our chicken pieces in the refrigerator, and let's now prepare the fillings.

  3. Filling №1: Cheese + Mushrooms + Onion + Sour Cream
    Grate 20g of cheese (we're using mozzarella, but you can use any other hard cheese), finely chop raw onion and mushrooms. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. Dress with 20g of sour cream and mix everything well.

  4. Filling №2: Cheese + Pineapple + Sour Cream
    Combine 20g of grated cheese with pineapple pieces and 20g of sour cream. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

  5. Filling №3: Cheese + Dill + Garlic
    Mash 20g of cottage cheese with chopped dill and pressed garlic, don't forget to add a pinch of salt. Mix everything well, and our third filling is ready.

  6. Place each type of filling into two pouches. Put the filling in the center of each piece of meat.

  7. Form a pouch, and secure the edges with toothpicks.

  8. Use a glass to shape the foil into molds.

  9. Place each prepared piece into the foil molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. During this time, the chicken and the filling will cook perfectly, resulting in juicy and tender morsels.

  10. Everything is ready! Enjoy your meal!
