You can make the mince yourself or buy it from a trusted source. If you're making mince from chicken breast, add a piece of bacon to make the cutlets juicier. Alternatively, you can use thigh fillet instead of breast.

Chop the onion very finely. It's even better to mince it in a blender. Add the minced onion, egg, salt, and mixed peppers to the mince.
