Cut the chicken fillet into strips.

In a convenient deep bowl, beat the chicken egg with a fork, then add kefir. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili powder, 1 tsp of dry garlic, ground ginger, 1/2 tsp of salt, and mix everything well.

Add the chicken to the marinade and mix thoroughly so that each piece is coated. Place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix wheat flour, dried oregano, 1 tsp of dry garlic, sweet paprika, ground black pepper, and 0.5 tsp of salt.

Heat the oil in a skillet or deep frying pan. Coat each piece of chicken well in the flour with spices.

Fry the chicken strips in the hot oil for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
