Chinese Cabbage Salad with Chicken and Prunes

A very delicious, light, and crunchy salad made from Chinese cabbage with chicken fillet, prunes, and nuts. For added juiciness, we'll add a fresh cucumber. The salad is simple to prepare, with an excellent combination of ingredients. Each ingredient here is in its right place.

We will need half a head of Chinese cabbage. Chop it and place it in a salad bowl.

Chicken fillet needs to be pre-fried or baked. You can also cook the chicken fillet in parchment.
Cut the cooled fillet into cubes and add it to the cabbage.

Add the sliced fresh cucumber as well.

Prune should be well washed in warm water. If the prunes are hard, it's better to soak them. Slice and add them to the salad bowl.

Walnuts need to be toasted on a dry skillet, slightly chopped with a knife, and added to the other ingredients. Adjust the amount of nuts to your taste and preference.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dress the salad with homemade mayonnaise.
