  1. Let's prepare peeled walnuts and dates. Remove the pits from the dates, and soak the dates in hot water for 15 minutes to soften them.

    Transfer all of this to the blender bowl, add cocoa powder and brandy. Instead of brandy, you can simply add water in the same quantity.

  2. Grease the mold with oil.
