Chocolate-filled pancakes
Description
Choux chocolate-filled thin pancakes in milk and whey - very tasty lace pancakes that always turn out. These pancakes are moderately sweet, tender, and soft. They do not stick to the pan and do not tear during cooking. They can be served with chocolate or vanilla cream, bananas, berries, or you can make them as pancakes. A quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients
Instructions
-
In a deep bowl, beat two large eggs (or three small ones), add sugar and a pinch of salt to them. If you like sweet pancakes, add more sugar. Mix with a whisk.
-
Pour room-temperature milk and mix again.
-
In a separate container, combine sifted flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Mix everything well.
-
Add the flour with cocoa to the liquid ingredients and mix. Gradually pour in the carbonated water and stir the batter with a whisk.
-
At the end, pour in the vegetable oil, mix, and you can start cooking the pancakes.
-
Heat a pan well and lightly grease it with a drop of oil. Pour a small amount of the batter and swirl the pan to distribute it evenly across the surface.
-
Once the surface becomes matte and small holes appear, flip the pancake to the other side. The pancakes cook very quickly, about 30 seconds on each side.
-
Stack the cooked pancakes.
-
Serve the yeast pancakes with any sweet fillings of your choice.
