Ingredients
Instructions
-
Grate the cheese using a fine or coarse grater as desired. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the garlic and crush the cloves with a knife.
-
In a heated skillet with oil, add the garlic and sauté for about a minute. When the oil becomes infused with the garlic flavor, add the ground meat. After sautéing for 5 minutes, sprinkle with spices.
-
To the partially cooked ground meat, add the tomato sauce and half a cup of water. Stir and bring it to a boil, then simmer the sauce for half an hour. Bolognese sauce is ready.
-
In a saucepan, melt the heavy cream butter. Add the flour and mix thoroughly until fully combined.
-
Gradually pour in the milk and stir until there are no lumps. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for no more than 7 minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool. Bechamel sauce is ready.
-
Grease a baking dish generously with vegetable oil or heavy cream. Spread a small amount of bechamel sauce on the bottom.
-
Layer the lasagna sheets on top. You can use the sheets dry or soak them in warm water for 15 minutes beforehand to reduce cooking time.
-
Spread a thin layer of Bolognese sauce on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
-
Drizzle with bechamel sauce and repeat the same steps.
-
Once all the layers are assembled, place lasagna sheets on top, drizzle with bechamel sauce, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
-
Transfer it to a hot oven and bake for 40 minutes.
