Ingredients
Instructions
-
We are preparing the chocolate sauce. To do this, combine half of the gelatin, cocoa, and sugar in a saucepan. Mix them together and add water and milk. Combine the components again. Place the saucepan on the stove. Over medium heat, gradually heat the mixture and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Turn off the heat if you notice the first signs of boiling. Let the mixture cool for 1 hour.
-
Now let's prepare the base for the dessert. In a separate saucepan, pour in the milk, vanilla extract, and the second half of the gelatin. Place the saucepan over low heat and constantly stir during the heating process. When steam starts to rise from the milk, turn off the heat. Allow the mixture to cool.
-
Pour the heavy cream into a deep bowl and whip it for 1-2 minutes until it becomes thick and fluffy at high speed.
-
While setting the whipped cream aside, take another deep container and pour the sour cream into it. Add sugar and mix the ingredients. Combine the whipped cream into the mixture and mix until the mass is homogeneous using a mixer at low speed. While continuing to mix, gradually add the warm milk in small portions. Stir the mixture by hand for 30 seconds.
-
Pour the mixture into molds or glasses. Place it in the refrigerator and let it set for at least half an hour. Then, drizzle the set cream with chocolate sauce and top it with berries. Leave the panna cotta in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
