Easter Cookies “Bird Nests”
Description
Festive Easter cookies in the shape of nests with eggs are not only a beautiful themed treat, but also very delicious! Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1.5-2 hours.

Pinch off small pieces from the chilled dough.

Use a garlic press to turn the dough into thin strips.

Form the nests. Use a shot glass or a bottle cork to press and create a hollow in the center.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
