In the water, add 2 tablespoons of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of thyme, and half a lemon cut into slices. This will be our marinade.

In a separate bowl, mix melted heavy cream with finely chopped garlic, ground black pepper, the remaining thyme, lemon juice, and salt.
