Juicy chicken breast on the grill
Description
Tender chicken breast marinated in a flavorful marinade, then grilled on a skillet. The meat comes out very juicy and aromatic. It's a very simple recipe, and the chicken cooks quickly. The marinade is made with soy sauce, mustard, peanut oil, and fresh orange juice.

Combine in a deep bowl: peanut oil, mustard, soy sauce, fresh orange juice, cloves, black ground pepper.

Finely chop the garlic and ginger root and add them to the marinade. Mix well.

Place the chicken breasts in a bowl with the marinade.

Mix well and gently massage the meat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 40-50 minutes. Then, remove from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap, and let the meat marinate for another 20 minutes at room temperature.

Grease a pan with oil using a silicone brush.

Place the chicken breasts on the preheated pan and fry on each side for 4 minutes.
