Sift 400 g of flour into a deep bowl. The remaining 50 g of flour will be used for dusting when kneading the dough. Add soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix everything together.
Add soft butter and mix until you get a crumbly texture.

Take two eggs. Leave one egg whole, and you will only need the yolk from the second egg. Set the yolk aside for now.

Add the whole egg and the egg white to the flour mixture, pour in the kefir, and mix everything together.

Place the resulting dough on your work surface and knead it.

Cover the dough with a bowl and let it rest on the table for about 20 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Add diced pumpkin to it. Then finely chop the potatoes and onions, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well. All the ingredients are raw, and because they are finely chopped, the filling will cook perfectly.

Roll out the larger portion of the dough to a thickness of about 7-8 mm, dusting it with a little flour. This will be the bottom part of the pie.

Roll the flattened dough onto a rolling pin and use it to transfer the dough into a baking dish. If you don't have a baking dish, you can place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Уou can transfer the prepared filling onto the rolled-out dough, leaving the edges empty.

Roll out the second piece of dough, cover the pie, and pinch the edges. You can create decorative patterns along the edges using the blunt side of a knife if you like.

Brush the top with the beaten egg yolk and make holes on the surface using a toothpick. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. If the pie starts to brown too quickly, cover it with damp parchment paper or foil and continue baking until it's done.

The finished pie should be covered with a cloth and allowed to cool for a while.
