Grind the oat flakes using a blender.

The ground oat flakes are soaked in warm milk. Set them aside, and in the meantime, let's prepare the other ingredients.

Peel the bananas and mash them into a puree using a fork.

Add the eggs and baking powder to the bananas. Whisk them together until you have a uniform mixture.

To the banana mixture, add the vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Combine everything together with the soaked oats. Mix it well.

Grease the mold with butter, pour the dough into it, and place it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes. The cake should stay in the mold until it cools down.
