Omelette in the oven with cheese and ham

Immediately preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Beat the eggs in a deep bowl.

Add cream or milk to the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Mix.

Finely chop the onion and sweet red pepper, and add them to the eggs.
