Omelette shawarma with juicy filling
Description
The filling is like in a shawarma, but instead of lavash, there's an omelette. A healthy, quick, and very tasty breakfast. Very juicy and tasty filling, crispy sweet onion, melted cheese... It's really something between an omelette and a shawarma, slightly cooled to hold its shape and not fall apart. You can wrap it in foil and take it with you as a healthy and filling snack.

Instructions
-
These are the ingredients you will need for this shawarma. I have pre-baked chicken fillet in foil with spices. It is always in my refrigerator.
You can always make a quick salad, an omelette with chicken, or use it instead of store-bought sliced meat with a piece of bread.
Choose the cheese you like. I have Gouda with herbs.

-
-
On the chicken, I place half rings of sweet onion and mustard.
-
Now it's time for the tomato.
-
I sprinkle with grated cheese.
-
Next, we add chopped Chinese cabbage or crispy lettuce (this time I'm using lettuce).
-
Carefully roll it up and lightly press it with a spatula. Our omelette shawarma should be golden on both sides. It cooks very quickly!
-
Omelette shawarma with juicy filling of chicken, cheese, and tomato is a delicious and nutritious breakfast! Be sure to try it!
