    Add 1/4 tsp of salt to the whites and start beating.

  2. Beat the whites until they form a thick, dense foam so that a teaspoon placed on them does not sink.

  3. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with oil. Divide the whites into three portions, leaving space between them. Use a spoon to make a small indentation in each "nest." Season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
