Pasta with meat in sauce
Description
The tastiest pasta with pork in a tomato-cream sauce with vegetables and spices. The dish is hearty, easy to prepare, and entirely self-contained, as the meat and side dish are cooked together in one pan. The pork comes out tender, and the pasta is soaked in a flavorful sauce. An excellent idea for a quick lunch or dinner.

Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in a well-heated skillet with a small amount of oil.

When the liquid has evaporated and the meat starts to brown, add thinly sliced onion and chopped garlic. Sauté, stirring, until the onion begins to turn golden.

Now add the carrot, grated finely. Sauté, stirring, for another 3 minutes.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper, Italian herbs, sugar, sour cream, and ketchup.

Pour in 100 ml of hot water, mix well. Cover with a lid, simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Put a piece of butter in the skillet.

And immediately add the dry pasta.

Add the remaining 500 ml of water (or broth). Mix well.

Cover with a lid and simmer until the pasta is cooked.

When the pasta is ready, taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. You can also add some chopped fresh dill if desired.

The pasta with meat in sauce is ready. Serve hot.
