  1. You need to chop the onion very finely and fry it in olive oil until it starts to turn golden.

  2. Add the chopped garlic to the onion and fry them together for a bit.

  3. Add the smoked paprika.

  4. Add the chopped tomatoes in their own juice.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and cook for about 3 minutes.
