Description
A very tasty and spicy recipe for Spanish-style potatoes.

The vinegar should be wine vinegar. If you have it, use it. I have apple cider vinegar, which also turns out very tasty.

Mix the tomato paste with vinegar, set aside.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Season with salt and pepper. Sauté over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover with a lid, and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After the specified time, sprinkle the potatoes with sweet paprika, and mix well.

Increase the heat again, add the tomato paste diluted with vinegar.

Stir and fry for 3-5 minutes.

The sauce should coat all the potatoes, and the surface should become appetizingly golden brown.
