In a deep bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugar. Beat with a mixer until you get a light, fluffy mixture.

Pour the liquid honey into the beaten mixture.

Add the soft cream butter and mix everything with a mixer for a minute.

Now sift the flour into the mixture and add the baking powder.

And mix until you have a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

Cut the pears into cubes and add them to the batter, then mix everything together.

The oven should already be preheated. Transfer the batter to the baking pan, level the surface with a spatula, and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
