Pineapple pie
Description
A very tasty, tender, and simple pie with canned pineapples. The upside-down pie turns out airy, slightly moist inside, and the pineapple rings on top not only complement the dough but also look stunning on the finished pastry.
The aromatic pineapple pie is easy and quick to prepare. Just mix the ingredients for the dough based on cream butter and spread this dough over the pineapple rings. Afterward, let the finished pineapple pie cool and flip it over.
I have a detachable baking pan with a diameter of 24 cm.
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance; it should be soft.
Place the softened butter in a convenient mixing bowl for the dough.
-
Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the butter, then mix everything together with a spatula or a whisk. Gradually add all three eggs one by one and mix until you have a uniform mixture.
-
Now, gradually add the sifted flour along with the baking powder in small batches.
-
And knead the dough with a whisk.
-
Line the bottom of the baking pan with parchment paper. Then, grease the bottom and sides with cream butter.
-
I used 7 pineapple rings. You need to remove them from the syrup and pat them dry with a paper towel on both sides.
-
Place the pineapple rings on the bottom of the pan.
-
On top of the pineapple rings, spread the dough and level the surface slightly with a spatula.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. You may need more or less time, so keep an eye on the oven.
-
The pie should be golden brown with an appetizing crust. Be sure to check for readiness with a toothpick. Insert a toothpick into the finished pie, and it should come out clean and dry.
-
Allow the pineapple pie to cool for at least 20 minutes, then remove it from the mold.
-
Now you can flip it over.
-
The pineapple rings will be on the surface of the pie.
-
The pineapple pie turns out very tasty and tender.
-
Enjoy your tea!
