  1. Boil the chicken fillet, let it cool, and then dice it.

  2. Add Italian herbs, chicken seasoning, and chopped garlic to the chicken fillet. Season lightly with salt and mix well.

  3. Divide the thawed dough into 8 portions. Sprinkle your work surface with flour and roll out each portion slightly. Let them rest for a while to allow the crusts to rise a bit.

  4. You can make turnovers or any other shape you prefer. To do this, cut out circles.

  5. Place some of the chicken on one side of the pastry circle.

  6. Tear the basil leaves by hand or chop them. Place some fresh basil on top of the meat.

  7. Cut the mozzarella and tomato into slices. Place a slice of mozzarella on top of the basil.

  9. Cover the filling with the other side of the pastry. Pinch the edges and use a fork to press down along them.

  10. Place all the prepared pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg yolk and let them rest for 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
