Set aside one-fourth of the cup of berries, and blend the rest in a blender.

Add honey to the cranberries and mix well.

Transfer 3 tablespoons of the resulting sauce to a separate bowl. Add melted butter and breadcrumbs to it. Mix well.

Cover the fillets with plastic wrap and lightly pound them with a kitchen mallet. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
