Samsa with yeast dough and chicken

For the filling, cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.

Chop the onion finely.

We also need to dice the potatoes into small cubes.

Potatoes, onions, and chicken fillet are combined in a large bowl, and then finely chopped greens, salt, and pepper are added. Mix everything well. Let the filling sit for half an hour.

Divide the yeast dough into equal portions.

Then roll out each of the dough balls into a round, approximately 5mm thick.

Place the filling on each dough round.

Now, you need to shape a triangle.

Each triangle is placed on a baking sheet. Brush the top with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. If you don't have sesame seeds, you can use flaxseeds. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. The samosas will bake for about an hour.
