Savory pie with green onions and egg
Description
A simple and very tasty pie with egg and green onions. Airy, tender, aromatic - it cooks very quickly and easily with a minimal set of ingredients. This pie with a batter base always turns out great!

We will need 4 raw eggs, and 5 eggs should be hard-boiled. Using a mixer or whisk, mix 3 chicken eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 160 g sour cream, and kefir until smooth.

Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

Cut the green onions and put them in a deep bowl.

Cut the boiled eggs into large pieces and add them to the bowl with the onions.

Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the onions and eggs. Gently mix everything together.

Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper. Grease the bottom and sides with heavy cream.

Pour half of the batter into the pan.

Spread the filling, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges, and pour the remaining batter over the top.

Mix the remaining sour cream with the raw egg yolk, pour it over the top of the future pie, and distribute it evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 50-55 minutes. Check for readiness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
