Savory pie with green onions and egg

We will need 4 eggs raw, and you should boil 5 eggs hard-boiled. Using a mixer or a whisk, mix 3 chicken eggs, 1/2 tsp of salt, 160 g of sour cream, and kefir until smooth.

Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

Cut the green onions and put them in a deep bowl.

Cut the boiled eggs into large pieces and add them to the green onions.

Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the onions and eggs. Gently mix.

Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper. Grease the bottom and sides with heavy cream.

Pour half of the batter into the baking dish.

Spread the filling, leaving a 1 cm border along the edges, and then pour the remaining batter over it.

Mix the remaining sour cream with the raw egg yolk, pour it over the top of the future pie, and spread it evenly.
Place it in a preheated oven. The baking time is 50-55 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. Check for readiness with a toothpick; it should come out dry.
