Ingredients
Instructions
-
We take baking molds like those for small cupcakes. Cut the lavash into pieces, I got 14*16.
The lavash needs to be good and fresh so it doesn't break.
-
Line the molds with lavash.
-
Grate the cheese finely and cut the ham into small pieces.
-
Place the cheese on the bottom.
-
Put the ham on top of the cheese.
-
Carefully crack an egg into each basket, making sure the yolk remains whole.
-
Season the eggs lightly with salt, as the cheese and ham are already salty. Add a bit of black pepper and oregano to taste.
Place them in a preheated oven at around 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes. The time depends on your oven and desired result, whether you want the eggs to be runny or fully cooked. So, keep an eye on your oven and don't overcook.
-
Egg baskets in lavash with ham and cheese are ready.
-
The baskets easily come out of the molds intact and safely.
-
Enjoy your breakfasts!
