Scrambled eggs with quail eggs
Description
Scrambled eggs with quail eggs with cherry tomatoes and sausages - a tasty and impressive breakfast for the whole family. Children will definitely appreciate such a dish, as food in mini-format looks much more interesting on the plate.
Quail eggs are safer and healthier than chicken eggs: they contain much more vitamins and minerals. All that remains is to choose sausages from a trusted manufacturer or use homemade sausages. A quick and simple recipe for every day!
Ingredients
Instructions
-
For a serving for two, you will need 10 quail eggs, 2 chicken sausages, cocktail or cherry tomatoes. If the tomatoes are very small, take 6-8 pieces.
For serving, you can take any fresh herbs (I have a salad mix) and optionally a baguette.
-
Cut the tomatoes in half or into rings, depending on their size. Also, slice the sausages.
-
Carefully beat the quail eggs in a bowl, keeping all the yolks whole.
-
In a small amount of vegetable oil, lightly fry the sausages.
-
Add the tomatoes, placing them between the pieces of sausage.
-
Carefully pour the eggs into the skillet.
-
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Cook for about 3 minutes.
-
Quail egg scramble is ready. Serve hot with herbs and crispy bread.
Enjoy your meal!
