Description

Scrambled eggs with quail eggs with cherry tomatoes and sausages - a tasty and impressive breakfast for the whole family. Children will definitely appreciate such a dish, as food in mini-format looks much more interesting on the plate.

Quail eggs are safer and healthier than chicken eggs: they contain much more vitamins and minerals. All that remains is to choose sausages from a trusted manufacturer or use homemade sausages. A quick and simple recipe for every day!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. For a serving for two, you will need 10 quail eggs, 2 chicken sausages, cocktail or cherry tomatoes. If the tomatoes are very small, take 6-8 pieces.

For serving, you can take any fresh herbs (I have a salad mix) and optionally a baguette.

  2. Cut the tomatoes in half or into rings, depending on their size. Also, slice the sausages.

  3. Carefully beat the quail eggs in a bowl, keeping all the yolks whole.

  4. In a small amount of vegetable oil, lightly fry the sausages.

  5. Add the tomatoes, placing them between the pieces of sausage.

  6. Carefully pour the eggs into the skillet.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Cook for about 3 minutes.

  9. Quail egg scramble is ready. Serve hot with herbs and crispy bread.

    Enjoy your meal!
