The easiest way to remove the skin is to make four shallow cuts in a cross shape at the top and bottom of the tomato, then place it in boiling water for 20 seconds and immediately transfer it to cold water. After a minute, the skin can be easily removed.

  3. Chop the onion into small cubes.

  4. Dice the tomato as finely as possible.

  5. Slice the garlic cloves.

  6. Sauté the onion until lightly golden.

  7. Add the ground meat to the onion, sauté everything together until the meat whitens. During cooking, break up the meat in the pan with a spatula to avoid large clumps.
