Description

Mushroom caps stuffed with tender, juicy meatballs and baked with cheese on top - this is a very tasty appetizer. The dish is very easy to make and is eaten in an instant. If you don't know what appetizer to make with mushrooms, I recommend this tried and true recipe.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms, and if necessary, clean them. Separate the stems from the caps. Pat them dry; they should not be wet. Season each cap inside with salt.

  2. Fry the mushroom caps on a mixture of vegetable and cream butter on both sides until golden brown.

  3. Finely chop the onion and mushroom stalks. Fry them until golden brown.

  4. Place the minced meat in a deep bowl and add the egg.

  5. Finely chop the herbs and add them to the minced meat.

  6. Add the sautéed onion and mushroom stems to the minced meat, along with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

  7. Fill each mushroom cap with the prepared filling and place them on a baking tray.

  8. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, and cover with a thin layer of sour cream. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  9. Serve the stuffed mushrooms hot. Enjoy!
