Stuffed potatoes with chicken and cheese
Description

Wash the potatoes well and dry them. Use a fork to make piercings in each potato in about six places. Wrap them in foil and bake for 1 hour at 190 degrees Celsius. The potatoes should be fully cooked.

Heat a skillet, add oil, and sauté finely chopped onion until translucent.

Finely chop the sweet pepper and garlic. Add them to the onion.

Sauté everything together for another 2 minutes.

Let the baked potatoes cool slightly. Cut each potato lengthwise and carefully scoop out the inside with a spoon to create space for the filling.

Put the potato flesh into a skillet.

Add chopped parsley, mix, and remove the skillet from the heat.

Fill the potato "boats" with the filling.

Sprinkle with finely grated hard cheese on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
