Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce
Description
Homemade sweet and sour chili sauce is perfect for meat or fish. This sauce is delicious and spicy, ideal for fans of Asian cuisine. It's made without unnecessary additives and preservatives, which makes it much better than store-bought versions. I offer a recipe for a spicy sweet and sour sauce that has become a favorite.
This recipe uses two types of hot peppers. If you want a milder taste, simply omit the small chili peppers, as they provide extra spiciness.
