Pour vegetable oil into the boiling water and add the heavy cream, stirring until it melts.

Add the sifted flour and salt, then mix. Beat in one chicken egg and knead the dough. The amount of flour specified in the ingredients is an approximate quantity. Since the gluten content can vary in flour, you may need slightly more or less.
