Description

Thai-Style Rice with Chicken, Vegetables, and Egg - very tasty, hearty, and simple. It is a complete main course, self-sufficient and balanced. You can add fresh vegetables to it or serve as is. A great lunch or dinner in 30 minutes for every day. Fans of Asian cuisine will love it!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice until fully cooked using your preferred method. I cook it in a multicooker using a ratio of 1 cup of well-rinsed rice to 1.5 cups of water.

  2. Beat one egg slightly with a fork and pour it onto a heated skillet with some butter.

  3. Continuously stirring, fry it for about 30 seconds. Transfer to a separate bowl.

  4. In the same skillet, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

  5. Add diced chicken breast and sauté for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Add diced carrots, as well as frozen peas and corn, to the skillet. Stir-fry everything together for another 3 minutes.

  8. Now add the cooked rice and soy sauce, and mix everything together.

  9. Also add the egg, and mix everything together again.

  10. Continue cooking for a few more minutes and then remove from heat.

  11. Thai-style rice with chicken and vegetables can be served with sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top. Enjoy your meal!
