Instructions
-
To make the dough, combine the flour, sugar, salt, black pepper, baking powder, and heavy cream in a bowl, and mix it into crumbles with your hands.
-
To this mixture, add an egg, 3 tablespoons of cold water, and knead it into a sandy dough.
-
Dust your work surface with flour and roll out the dough.
-
Carefully place the dough in the baking dish and form the edges. Put it in the refrigerator and let it chill while we prepare the filling.
-
Sauté the onion, then add finely chopped sweet pepper, and sauté until the pepper becomes tender.
-
You need tuna in its own juice. Pour the liquid from the can, and add the tuna to the sautéed vegetables.
-
Pour in the cream, add finely grated hard cheese, and mix everything well. The filling for the pie is ready.
-
Make a few holes in the dough with a fork. Spread the filling on the dough and level the surface with a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
-
The pie with tuna and sweet peppers is delicious both warm and cold. Our dish is ready!
